- You support and administer our SharePoint environments (online and possibly on-prem)
- You are responsible for On-Prem)
- You are responsible for the administration of user rights and for clean access control
- The development and maintenance of site collections and content databases are also part of your job profile
- You create and maintain technical documentation and support our end users:
- In close coordination with the specialist departments, you will advise on the optimal use of SharePoint
- Furthermore, you will contribute your ideas for process improvement
Requirements
- You have completed training as an IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d), IT systems management specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have gained experience in the administration of SharePoint (ideally SharePoint Online)
- In addition, you have knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows client operating systems and standard applications
- You are characterised by your analytical thinking and your team-oriented and structured way of working
- You are fluent in German and feel at home in the digital world
- You are willing to work 40 hrs./ week is what you bring to the table
