- You manage, coordinate and ensure the quality of IT projects
- You also manage external IT service providers and internal development teams
- You plan, develop, operate and take responsibility for applications and services for network planning across the entire lifecycle
- You also ensure SLA compliance, operational security as well as incident, problem and change management
- The documentation of technologies and processes, interface management and participation in IT readiness are part of your tasks
Requirements
- You have a degree in applied computer science, computer engineering, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- In addition, you have several years of experience in the application management of energy industry applications
- You have experience in the operation of heterogeneous system environments
- In addition, you are willing to familiarise yourself intensively with the technical processes of key users:internal processes
- You have knowledge of ITIL-based service management as well as very good German and English skills at C1 level
