• In the role of Solution Manager (m/f/d) for IT infrastructure and applications, you will take responsibility for new demands from development and the production-related environment and accompany them
• You will be responsible for the holistic responsibility for IT demand management and operational project management, taking into account the internal IT strategy and global targets
• Within your role, you will analyse and evaluate complex IT requirements, proactively advise the various business units on innovative IT services and act as a competent translator between business and IT
• The technical support of IT demands in the Architecture & Security Review process is also part of your tasks, always ensuring strict compliance with applicable standards
• A central task is the coordination of internal and external project teams as well as responsibility for professional stakeholder management at all hierarchical levels of the global group
• In order to support management, you will prepare detailed project status reports, meaningful presentations and well-founded decision papers for the strategic planning of the IT landscape
• Finally, you are responsible for close cooperation with global IT functions and ensure that all requirements are implemented in the sense of an efficient and future-oriented solution

• You have a degree in business informatics, computer science or business administration or a comparable qualification as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or IT clerk (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have at least five years of sound professional experience in the IT environment, ideally within research-intensive R&D areas or state-of-the-art production-related environments of an industrial company
• You are characterised by your confident knowledge of IT project management and the use of common tools such as Jira, enabling you to work in a structured manner
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and are fluent in English, to ensure smooth communication with the global interface partners at all times
• Furthermore, you have a high degree of customer orientation and team spirit and are able to communicate complex technical issues to non-specialists in an understandable way
• Finally, you are willing to travel occasionally and impress with your structured approach to new challenges within a dynamic and international working environment
• In addition to your technical expertise, you must also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany to fulfil this responsible position
