Job description

  • You will analyse, model and design digital workflows and ensure the continuous optimisation of existing processes
  • In addition, you will take responsibility for digitalisation projects - as (partial) project manager - and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders:
  • You will conduct workshops and training sessions to record business processes, train employees in system use and successfully introduce new digital workflows
  • You will also define the interfaces between digital systems, document them and ensure that all legal requirements for handling electronic data are met, that all legal requirements are met when handling electronic business documents
  • You support the smooth operation of the systems used, get involved in updates, error analyses and support requests and regularly work with relational database systems

Requirements

  • You have completed training in IT or have a degree with a focus on information technology
  • In addition, you have experience in the conception and implementation of digital business processes and workflows
  • You have already been responsible for or accompanied digitalisation and process improvement projects
  • You have strong communication skills and process improvement projects
  • You have strong communication skills in dealing with a wide range of contacts - from employees and managing directors to external service providers
  • You have a basic knowledge of legal requirements relating to electronic document traffic
  • You have basic expertise in business administration and IT, especially with relational databases
  • You are business fluent in German - at least C1 native speaker level
