Job description
- You will be responsible for IT support and ensure that everything runs smoothly
- You will be responsible for 1st and 2nd level support, whereby your commitment is required for all questions and concerns that arise
- You will maintain regular contact with service providers independently and play an active role in the collaboration
Requirements
- You have completed an IT apprenticeship and have already gained practical work experience
- Your English skills enable you to communicate confidently in an international environment
- For your mobility, you have both a driving licence and your own car
- You have a good command of German
