- You will support and manage all phases of IT projects: From planning to the successful migration of customers' IT infrastructures and software to the central data centre - and ensure sustainable operation
- In addition, you will be responsible for the installation, design and maintenance of server and client hardware with a focus on Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Windows Server from version 2012
- You will be responsible for setting up and supporting customers' modern network environments (e.g. subnets, routing, NAT, Sophos Firewalls, VPN/IPSecurity, VPN/IPSecurity).e.g. subnets, routing, NAT, Sophos firewalls, VPN/IPSec/SSL-VPN, WLAN, Internet connections)
- You will administer and operate the customer's databases (mainly MS SQL and comparable systems)
- Your tasks will also include assisting the support team in finding technical solutions to complex customer enquiries
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training or studies with a focus on information technology
- You also have relevant professional experience and are able to take on the tasks described independently or predominantly
- You work independently and value personal development
- A service-oriented approach to customers is a matter of course for you
- Your German language skills are at least C1 level or better and you are fluent in English
