For our client, a medium-sized company in the metal construction and flight case component industry in Emmerich, we are looking for you as Junior Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) as part of a temporary employment contract with an option to be taken on.

Job description

  • You will actively support existing customers and also be responsible for the targeted acquisition of new customers to expand our international market share
  • In addition, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice and selling our technical solutions and developing sustainable strategies for long-term partnerships
  • Furthermore, you will support customer projects from the initial enquiry to successful completion and accompany them with your technical expertise and creativity
  • Intensive cooperation with other departments will also be part of your tasks, to jointly develop innovative ideas and proactively participate in their implementation
  • as part of your job, you will support the company's presence at trade fairs and regularly take part in events as a visitor or competent exhibitor

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training as a wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office management clerk (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in sales or in a comparable position with direct customer contact and enjoy a consulting-intensive job
  • You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications and are proficient in the use of modern communication tools.applications as well as your adept handling of modern communication tools characterise you in your daily work with us
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German as well as business fluent English skills for smooth communication within our Europe-wide network
