Job description

  • You actively support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns in close coordination with internal departments
  • You are also responsible for carrying out price calculations and independently prepare offers for customers at home and abroad
  • You prepare professional presentations and sales documents as well as training courses to present products and services in the best possible way
  • You are responsible for general administration and organisation in day-to-day business, including maintaining customer data in our systems and processing correspondence
  • You support the coordination of packaging development processes by ensuring communication between internal and external partners and monitoring schedules:

  • You will also support the sales team with all administrative and organisational tasks to ensure the smooth running of sales activities

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) with further training as a marketing specialist (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have at least two years of professional experience in internal sales or in a comparable administrative position, ideally in the food industry
  • You are characterised by your confident knowledge of common MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as your willingness to quickly familiarise yourself with new ERP or SAP systems
  • Your German language skills at native speaker level, both written and spoken, and very good English skills enable you to communicate smoothly with international customers and suppliers:
  • Furthermore, you have a high degree of initiative and strong communication skills to work effectively in a team and with customers
  • You work very carefully and in a structured manner and are always goal-oriented and reliable in order to deliver quality results even under deadline pressure
