- You will support existing and new automotive customers as part of a team and be available as a competent contact person
- In addition, you will process enquiries and quotations, work on projects and process orders independently - including procurement, scheduling and the sale of new orders, prototypes, series and initial sample orders
- You will also be responsible for price negotiations, series and initial sample orders
- you carefully prepare the necessary documents for price negotiations and actively support the process
- in the event of complaints, you work closely with the quality department and take care of the processing of customer complaints
- you are prepared to visit customers and suppliers at home and abroad and thus contribute to successful cooperation
Requirements
- You have successfully completed training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in sales and key account management, ideally in the automotive or pipe industry, you already have
- good written and spoken English skills that will help you impress international customers
- you are confident working with a PC and are proficient in MS Office and ideally also project management tools such as SharePoint
