• You will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of global advocacy and engagement programmes with key ophthalmic care providers to support the commercial strategy
• In addition, you will be responsible for establishing effective methods to train local entities in the identification and recruitment of opinion leaders to sustainably strengthen regional business relationships
• Furthermore, you will manage the ophthalmology medical community by building strong relationships with teaching institutions and relevant specialists using a strict opinion leaders to sustainably strengthen regional business relationships

• A successfully completed degree in the field of natural sciences, business administration or a comparable subject area forms the sound basis for your daily work in this challenging position
• You have at least five years of professional experience in working directly with expert advisors and international stakeholders, ideally with a specialist focus on clinical ophthalmology
• In-depth IT knowledge in the use of CRM systems and specialised database software for managing expert contacts and documenting contractual compliance processes is a matter of course for you

• Written and spoken German at native speaker level and business fluent English skills are essential for internal and external communication with all stakeholders involved on a global level
• You have a valid work permit for Germany and a permanent residence in Germany, in order to fully fulfil the legal framework for long-term cooperation in the context of this position
