Job description
- you will independently carry out chemical, physical and microbiological tests on raw materials, intermediate products or finished dairy products to ensure reliable results
- you will take samples from different production areas, prepare them properly and check them with regard to our quality management
- you will assess the results in accordance with the quality management system specifications and document them carefully, so that there is transparency at all times
- in everyday laboratory work, you support the entire team in maintaining an orderly and smoothly functioning working environment
- you maintain laboratory equipment by carrying out regular maintenance and careful cleaning so that it always remains ready for use
Requirements
- you have completed training as a dairy laboratory assistant (m/f/d), dairy technologist (m/f/d), chemical laboratory assistant (m/f/d) or biological-technical assistant (m/f/d)
- relevant experience in food analysis, preferably in the areas of milk and dairy products, you will skilfully apply your knowledge of quality management and hygiene guidelines to ensure the best product standards
- you will be able to adapt flexibly to changing shift times and weekend work
- you will be confident using MS Office applications and will also find your way around digitalised laboratory environments
