• You will provide administrative support to our management team
• You will be responsible for the onboarding of new employees
• You will also coordinate office supplies and be responsible for general office materials
• You will take care of the organisation and support of local events, visitor programmes and site activities
• you will be responsible for coordinating the head office (reception, telephone, incoming/outgoing mail)
• you will be involved in exciting local projects to further develop the site
• you will be actively involved in shaping diversity, equity and inclusion

• You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have experience in accounting
• You are confident with MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
• Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise and organised way of working round off your profile
