• You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of traction units and their components in compliance with the applicable regulations and general and operational safety regulations
• You will be responsible for assessing damage patterns and estimating repair and downtimes. and downtimes of the systems to be repaired
• You will actively participate in the evaluation of inspection results and the derivation of suitable measures in terms of preventive maintenance and service life improvement
• You will also be responsible for performing tasks in operational emergency management on request
• Reporting and documenting faults, irregularities and anomalies of any kind as well as initiating remedial measures, especially in the event of imminent hazards, round off your job profile

• You have completed training, e.g. as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained initial professional experience in the railway sector, ideally in locomotive maintenance
• In addition, you can prove that you are fit for service in accordance with § 48 EBO or VDV 714
• Good written and spoken German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
