Job description

  • You will be responsible for general warehouse activities
  • You will be responsible for internal coordination with production as well as order management and invoicing
  • You will be responsible for scheduling tasks
  • You will be responsible for creating and managing orders as well as posting incoming goods in the ERP system
  • You will also be responsible for procurement, management and warehouse structure of small parts, consumables and other goods
  • receiving parcels and labelling deliveries round off your job profile

Requirements

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, ideally you also have a specialist or business management qualification
  • A valid forklift licence is an advantage for you, but not a must
  • Training in various tasks as well as participation in further development and training is no problem for you
  • Your reliable, punctual and friendly way of working characterises you
  • Your ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility as well as your resilience and diligence are among your strengths
