Job description

  • Together with our marketing experts, you will be responsible for the allocation of quantities and quotas, with a focus on France and Western Europe
  • You will coordinate closely with the collection points to ensure the provision of quantities and guarantee the continuous outflow to our recyclers
  • The preparation of all relevant documents (such as delivery notes, lorry notifications, Annex VII, etc.) is in your hands
  • You will take on classic administrative tasks and act as the central contact person for our business partners (collection points, freight forwarders, paper mills, etc.).

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training in the field of freight forwarding and logistics or have a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have professional experience, preferably in the waste disposal and logistics industry
  • You are comfortable working with IT applications (such as Microsoft Navision or Google Workspace) and this is desirable
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English; Very good knowledge of French is a big plus
  • You are characterised by a willingness to perform, strong teamwork and communication skills
  • You work in a structured, independent manner and impress with your hands-on mentality
