- You will be responsible for controlling the dispatch handling of lorries
- Recording personal, vehicle and order data, as well as document control for dangerous goods transport
- You are responsible for ensuring proper tank filling by creating and issuing the filling level checklist and other documents
- You take care of vehicle weighing and checking the permissible total weight as well as compliance with the filling limits for tank loading
- You are also responsible for invoicing the KCG services in the pre-system.services in the pre-system
- You are also responsible for system entries for invoicing the commissioned services
- You monitor and check dangerous goods consignments
- Not least, you ensure that the shipping goods are checked for shipping method
Requirements
- You have completed training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have professional experience in dealing directly with lorry drivers
- You are confident in using MS Office and the SAP system
- Good written and spoken German and English skills characterise you
- Reliability, team spirit and strong negotiation and communication skills speak in your favour
- Your analytical thinking, structured way of working and high level of initiative round off your profile
