- You plan and organise national and international shipments independently and select suitable shipping service providers
- You use your strengths to create and process all the necessary shipping and accompanying documents to ensure a smooth process
- You always keep an eye on delivery deadlines, track shipments and actively take care of clarifying transport problems
- you rely on your experience when choosing the right packaging and shipping methods and pay attention to legal and safety-related requirements
- your responsibility includes the complete customs clearance and documentation for international shipments in compliance with all export regulations
- with your strong communication skills, you coordinate internal agreements with Sales, Production and Purchasing to optimise scheduling

Requirements
- You have completed commercial training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), ideally with a focus on logistics, freight forwarding or export (e.g. logistics master or business economist)
- You have several years of professional experience in the field of warehousing, logistics or shipping, preferably in an international environment.

- You are confident working with MS Office and common logistics software; Experience with ERP systems is desirable
