• You are responsible for the smooth organisational and administrative processes relating to outgoing goods.
• You coordinate the processes, ensure clear structures and always have an overview of all relevant steps.
• You record customer orders precisely in the merchandise management system and process them further.
• This includes creating delivery notes and shipping documents and accompanying the order from entry to dispatch.
• You coordinate dispatch dates and ensure that orders leave the warehouse according to plan.
• In cooperation with the team, you plan processes so that deliveries are handled optimally.

• You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• In addition, you have good PC skills and are confident working with common programmes and systems.
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and can express yourself clearly and comprehensibly - both on the phone, by e-mail and in documentation.
• Finally, you always work in a structured manner, independently and with a high level of service orientation in terms of long-term and satisfied customer loyalty
