- You will reliably process and coordinate shipping orders as well as incoming and outgoing goods
- You will be responsible for organising transports and coordinating with shipping companies and suppliers
- You will carefully prepare and check freight and accompanying documents carefully
- you are responsible for processing deliveries on time and monitoring delivery deadlines
- you maintain relevant data in the merchandise management system and keep it up to date
- you process logistical complaints and queries quickly and find solutions together with the team
Requirements
- You ideally have a completed commercial apprenticeship or professional experience in the field of logistics
- You are confident with merchandise management systems and the common MS Office applications
- The team can count on your good knowledge of German
- You have a talent for organisation and a structured and careful way of working
- You are a strong communicator in contact with internal and external partners:internal
- You demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work under pressure, even with changing requirements
- You work cooperatively in a team, but take responsibility for your tasks independently
- A valid work permit rounds off your profile
