- You will be responsible for entering and checking incoming goods in a running ERP system
- You will also be responsible for checking and monitoring hours
- You will be responsible for entering orders in the ERP system
- You will be responsible for creating and dispatching orders in the ERP system
- Regular communication with foremen:You will be responsible for invoicing, including invoice verification
- General administrative and organisational office activities are part of your work profile
Requirements
- You have completed training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have experience with the ERP system
- You are confident with MS Office
- Good written and spoken German skills characterise you
- Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
