• You will set up various production machines for the manufacture of decoupling elements, and control them independently, thus ensuring a smooth production process
• In-process inspections and documentation of the results are just as much a part of your job as the implementation of quality assurance and performance-enhancing measures
• You are actively involved in the maintenance and servicing of the machines and ensure that they are always ready for operation
• You independently troubleshoot and rectify faults so that production can continue at all times

• You have completed vocational training, ideally in the field of metalworking, or have experience as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d)
• You are confident in using basic IT skills; Experience in working with ERP systems is an advantage
• An independent and structured way of working makes you a reliable team member
• With a good command of written and spoken German, you will be able to implement work instructions confidently
• With a valid work permit and residence in Germany, you are ideally positioned for this position
• Technical understanding of the operation of complex systems characterises you and makes it easier for you to familiarise yourself
