- You will control and monitor the production processes on automated and semi-automated systems, starting and stopping machines and continuously checking their functions
- You will be responsible for preparing, equipping and retooling the machines for new production orders, including tool changes and setting up devices
- You will routinely carry out regular product checks and measure important production parameters, You take random samples independently and reliably document all quality data
- In the event of malfunctions, you can identify the cause, implement minor repairs or adjustments and support the maintenance team in more complex cases
- You ensure cleanliness and the functionality of your workstation through independent maintenance work so that the process always runs smoothly
- You carefully document all work and production data and proactively inform your superiors of any special incidents or need for improvement
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), production specialist (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification; many years of professional experience are also among your strengths
- You have already gained experience in operating production systems as well as in controlling, monitoring and retooling machines
- You are characterised by technical competence and manual dexterity, You always maintain an overview and rectify minor errors independently
- Written and spoken German and a valid work permit are part of your portfolio
- You also have basic knowledge of quality inspection and documentation, you are confident with measuring equipment, protocols and simple test procedures
- Reliability and a careful way of working are a matter of course for you, a sense of responsibility rounds off your profile
- Teamworking skills and flexibility are a matter of course for you, you are also willing to work shifts and can quickly adapt to changing tasks
