• You will set up, start up and control systems - including extrusion machines for plastic profiles
• Attentively monitor the production process, carry out quality checks, rectify faults and adjust parameters
• Reliably ensure that the correct materials such as granulates and masterbatches are used
• Routinely change tools and moulds, carry out profile changes and perform minor maintenance and repair work such as lubricating, cleaning or troubleshooting
• in the event of major maintenance or malfunctions, you will support technicians
• carefully check plastic profiles for dimensional accuracy, surface and colour, take random samples and perform simple measurements, e.g. with a caliper
• and e.g. with calipers
• you conscientiously document process parameters, production results and any errors that occur
• you provide raw materials, semi-finished products and packaging material and work according to the production plan
• finally, you package finished profiles, label them correctly and ensure they are stored properly

• You have completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), process mechanic (m/f/d) or in a comparable technical profession
• You are confident in setting up machines, control production parameters and rectify minor faults
• ideally, you have already worked in the plastics sector or in industry
• you are willing to work in shifts
• you have a good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
• accurate work and compliance with production and safety regulations are a matter of course for you
