- Operate state-of-the-art machines to produce precise metal components for the automotive and mechanical engineering industry
- Continuously monitor the production process and intervene as soon as deviations occur
- Independently set up machines, change tools and optimise production parameters, so that the quality is right
- you carry out regular measurements and visual inspections carefully and document the results reliably
- together with the team, you ensure a smooth production process, provide support with minor maintenance and ensure order and safety in the workplace
Requirements
- Training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or sound practical experience as an operator (m/f/d)
- Experience in working with CNC lathes or milling machines or milling machines - either through training in the metal sector or several years of practical experience
- You are very familiar with technical drawings and measuring equipment such as calipers or micrometers
- Good written and spoken German and a valid work permit are a matter of course for you
- Careful and reliable work and a good technical understanding characterise you
- Flexibility, drive and willingness to work shifts
- You want to develop yourself further and actively contribute to a motivated team
