- You will operate, monitor and control modern production machines and systems and ensure that operations run smoothly
- You will set up and adjust the machines independently in accordance with production requirements
- During the production process, you will keep an eye on the processes and ensure the quality of the manufactured products through regular checks
- You will rectify minor faults independently and carry out maintenance work, so that the machines always remain ready for use
- you carefully document all processes and consistently ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have some experience in operating machines and systems and use this experience in your day-to-day work
- Good written and spoken German skills help you with communication and documentation
- You are willing to work shifts and thus support the company's flexibility
- A car and driving licence are a must for you, so that you can reach the company reliably
- technical understanding and a sense of responsibility characterise your work
- with your careful and reliable way of working as well as your ability to work in a team and flexibility, you contribute significantly to the success of the team
