• You will set up punching machines and set them up for the production of punched components
• Design, manufacture and maintain production equipment
• You will continuously work on optimising existing equipment
• while working closely with related departments, you will ensure smooth production processes
• you will reliably carry out independent maintenance and provide feedback on necessary repairs
• you will independently control the production process and take over production monitoring
• quality control is also your area of responsibility

• A technical apprenticeship, e.g. as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) will enable you to enter this position
• good written and spoken German language skills will help you with communication and documentation
• a valid work permit is required for the job
• a forklift licence is an advantage for you, but not a prerequisite
• You are willing to work shifts
• You are characterised by a high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Your strengths include the ability to take responsibility and work in a team
• You use problem-solving thinking and action in a targeted manner in your tasks
