- You set up, set up and programme NC machines independently on the basis of technical drawings or sketches
- You continuously monitor and control machining processes and adjust setting data specifically in the event of dimensional deviations
- In the event of malfunctions, you interrupt the process and pass the machine on for troubleshooting as required
- You carry out tool changes according to specifications and take over manual pre- and post-processing as required
- You check manufactured parts comprehensively for dimensional and reworking as required
- You check manufactured parts comprehensively for dimensional accuracy and completeness and document the results carefully
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in a metalworking field, ideally as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d)
- Practical knowledge of milling and experience in workshop programming are desirable
- Safe handling of standard measuring equipment and reading technical drawings are part of your everyday life
- Your working method is meticulous, You are also physically resilient
- You also have a good command of written and spoken German and a valid work permit
