Job description
- You will independently carry out the maintenance and repair of a wide variety of systems - from planning to implementation
- You will consistently draw up maintenance plans and maintenance lists and manage them with foresight
- You will carry out complex fault diagnoses and take responsibility for repairing machines, production systems and equipment
- You will ensure order and cleanliness in the workshop area and as part of your maintenance tasks
- You will reliably comply with safety, accident prevention and environmental protection regulations, accident prevention and environmental protection regulations and monitor compliance with them in the production environment
- You inspect, monitor and document systems and system parts subject to mandatory testing in detail
- Your tasks include setting up and connecting processing machines as well as the occasional disassembly of CNC production machines, mechanical production and prototype construction
- You also operate and use conventional machines independently to their full extent
Requirements
- Founded expertise in mechanics, electronics, pneumatics and hydraulics are your tools of the trade
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines and systems
- Knowledge of the maintenance and repair of production systems and machines characterises you
- Basic knowledge of conventional machining and safe handling of tools, and measuring instruments are a matter of course for you
- The ability to read and understand technical documentation complements your profile perfectly
- German language skills and a valid work permit also speak in your favour
