Job description

  • You control the entire flow of goods from order release to loading and ensure a smooth process
  • As a coordinator, you ensure the timely loading and unloading of all incoming and outgoing transports in our warehouse
  • You maintain an overview of vehicle acceptance and ramp control and outgoing transports in our warehouse

  • you monitor and control the loading units and always keep an eye on their status
  • as a communicative link, you connect the areas of production, scheduling, administration and our customers
  • you create freight and accompanying documents independently and hand them over to the drivers
  • proactively improve existing processes and thus minimise production downtimes

Requirements

  • With a completed apprenticeship as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, you have the basis
  • You use your in-depth knowledge of logistics processes and workflows profitably
  • You are confident in using various IT applications to control the flow of goods and loading units on the company premises
  • In particular in dealing with MS Office, especially Excel
  • you are characterised by a strong understanding of processes
  • you are particularly team- and solution-oriented as well as a strong communicator and assertive
  • you work alternating day shifts - early and late shifts on a weekly basis - as a matter of course
