Job description

  • You support the Executive Board both strategically and operationally in day-to-day business
  • Your tasks include the independent coordination and management of internal and external communication and information flows
  • In addition, you actively contribute to special projects and ad hoc topics
  • Dates, You organise deadlines and resubmissions reliably and independently
  • Preparing and following up on meetings, including taking minutes and following up on measures, is your responsibility
  • You create and prepare business correspondence, documents and presentations professionally
  • You ensure efficient office management and take on all administrative activities

Requirements

  • You have a degree in business administration or social economics or have completed commercial training as an office clerk (m/f/d)
  • You have several years of professional experience
  • You are confident in using MS Office and have experience in assisting the board of directors or management

  • you are characterised by a pronounced talent for organisation and discretion
