• You are responsible for the technical stability of electronic data exchange in the regulated energy market
• You analyse complex process deviations in market communication, analyse complex process deviations in market communication, manage suitable measures and support their implementation
• Support the systems used for data exchange and coordinate cooperation with the software manufacturer on systemic issues
• In addition, you handle challenging clarification cases in switching, billing and balancing processes
• Develop processes and procedures in the area of market communication and ensure sustainable quality

• You have a degree in business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• In addition, you have sound practical experience in regulatory market processes in the German energy market
• You have in-depth knowledge of electronic data exchange, especially with EDIFACT messages
• You are familiar with the technical basics of transmission channels such as SFTP, AS2 or web services
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and with a strong sense of professional responsibility
• A fluent command of German at min. C1 level round off your profile
