- You ensure that our customers always receive first-class service and rely on your instinct for service quality
- Advice on technical issues is just as much a part of your job as the comprehensive support of our contract customers
- From scheduling to vehicle delivery, you keep track of all processes in the workshop
- You continuously optimise processes and workflows and always find opportunities, to further increase efficiency in the workshop
- for scheduling and training your colleagues:You are happy to take on responsibility
- Your day-to-day work involves supporting your team in technical matters and acting as a competent contact person
Requirements
- You have a degree as a master mechanic (m/f/d) in the field of commercial vehicle technology
- You have already gained experience in managing a workshop team - preferably in a comparable position
- Ideally, you already have a class CE driving licence, as well as the authorisation to carry out AU and SP inspections
- you are familiar with the basics of business administration
- you have a good command of written and spoken German
- your strong teamwork and communication skills make it easy for you to motivate and guide colleagues:motivate and guide colleagues
- high service orientation and a confident manner in customer contact speak in your favour
- a valid work permit rounds off your profile
