• You will assume responsibility within your shift and, together with your team, ensure trouble-free operation as well as the maintenance and servicing of the production facilities and building services
• You will actively support the management of the technical department by implementing organisational measures in the areas of personnel planning, occupational safety, quality and hygiene, to ensure a smooth production process
• your primary goal is to ensure the highest possible availability of all technical systems and their flawless functioning
• you will be involved in the planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring of maintenance and repair work as well as plant assembly and commissioning
• you will supervise, motivate and encourage your team and support your colleagues:
• in close cooperation with other departments such as production, quality assurance and occupational safety as well as with service providers and suppliers, you contribute to a constructive working environment

• You have successfully completed training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you also have master craftsman training or a technician's qualification
• You already have knowledge of PLC or are interested, further training in this area
• preferably you have already gained experience in maintenance in a food production company and management experience is an advantage
• you are willing to to continuously develop your professional and social skills
• working in a 3-shift system is a matter of course for you
• you are familiar with standardised working methods such as TPM, CIP or Lean or you would like to familiarise yourself with them
• you are characterised by your ability to work in a team, initiative, assertiveness and a high sense of responsibility
