• You will assume full responsibility for the operational interface with international suppliers, including the coordination of deadlines, order processing and the clarification of procedural deviations in day-to-day business
• In addition, you are responsible for the technical expertise in complex procurement issues in the inbound area and act as a competent contact person for all stakeholders involved within the entire supply chain
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for the material and scheduling activities in a global environment for the specific production site and ensure efficient resource planning, taking economic aspects into account
• Ensuring the availability of materials in line with requirements for ongoing production and for specific customer orders is also part of your daily tasks, to ensure a smooth production process in the long term
• as part of your job, you will support close collaboration with internal colleaguesinternal colleagues and external service providers of upstream and downstream processes to optimise material supply and warehousing
• Finally, you will be responsible for actively participating in the introduction of new logistics processes as well as the independent and structured organisation of your own work processes within the dynamic working environment

• You have a degree in business administration (m/f/d) with a specialisation in materials management, industrial engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable academic qualification in the commercial field
• In addition, you have in-depth knowledge of materials planning and intralogistics and ideally have several years of professional experience in a comparable industrial environment
• You have a sound knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications and in-depth experience with relevant SAP functionalities, especially in the MM and PP modules.functionalities, especially in the MM and PP modules
• You are characterised by your proficiency in German at native speaker level, both written and spoken, as well as business fluent English for daily communication with your international suppliers and internal contacts
