Job description

  • You will be responsible for the scheduling and procurement of spare parts and operating resources for the processing of service and workshop orders
  • You will also be responsible for the preparation of spare parts and repair quotations
  • In addition, you will be responsible for and repair quotations
  • In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring stock levels and inventory control
  • You will also provide support with stocktaking and data maintenance in the ERP system
  • You will be responsible for creating analyses and reports on materials management

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • In addition, professional experience in materials management purchasing or logistics is an advantage for you
  • You are confident with ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • You are characterised by strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Your profile is rounded off by an independent and structured way of working
