• You will take on administrative tasks in the area of logistics
• You will be responsible for monitoring and booking orders and goods receipts, including importing delivery notes
• You will create transport orders, monitor and book these
• you will independently carry out stock transfers and equipment bookings in the ERP system (SAP IS-U)
• you will efficiently process CRM and mailbox enquiries
• you will support the team in checking service provider measurements and processing remnants and owner enquiries

• You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have experience in the energy industry and in the field of metering
• You have a sound knowledge of MS Office 365 and SAP, supplemented by experience in dealing with SharePoint and MS Teams
• You enjoy teamwork and are characterised by it
