Job description
- You will be responsible for the operation and assembly of SMDplacement machines
- you will also be responsible for preparing components and materials for the placement process
- you will be responsible for monitoring the production process and checking the function and quality of the machines
- you will be responsible for carrying out minor maintenance work and troubleshooting on the machines within the scope of the specifications
- you will take care of the manual soldering of electronic components according to specifications or circuit diagrams
- working under a magnifying glass or microscope for quality control and reworking fine solder joints
- you will be responsible for the visual inspection and microscope for quality control and reworking of fine solder joints are part of your tasks
- visual inspection and reworking as well as repairing soldered assemblies if necessary fall within your area of responsibility
Requirements
- You have completed training as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You already have experience in electronics production, especially in SMD assembly
- You are also familiar with hand soldering, ideally with SMD and THT technology
- you understand electrical diagrams and can work according to them
- you have a good command of spoken German
- reliability, the ability to work in a team and an independent way of working speak in your favour
- a valid work permit rounds off your profile
