Job description

  • You monitor and document all goods movements in the ERP system
  • You are responsible for checking, reconciling and managing delivery notes, invoices and accompanying documents
  • You regularly coordinate with the warehouse, purchasing and logistics departments
  • You actively participate in incoming goods inspections and spot checks
  • You support the team in quality assurance, documenting deviations and processing complaints
  • communicating with suppliers on quality issues and ensuring smooth processes
  • reliably maintaining master data and processing emails and telephone enquiries

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You have practical experience in incoming and outgoing goods as well as in quality assurance
  • With merchandise management systems, You are very familiar with merchandise management systems, test procedures and their documentation
  • You always work accurately and responsibly when checking and recording deliveries
  • You communicate clearly and in a friendly manner with suppliers, forwarding agents and the internal team
  • Flexibility and resilience are among your strengths, and you are confident and calm even when the workload is high
