- You carry out production planning independently and are responsible for personnel planning for your area
- You manage production processes and resources effectively and in line with requirements
- You are responsible for the management and further development of our production and assembly teams
- You consistently monitor quality standards and ensure that production deadlines are met
- Regular coordination with project and order planning and management is part of your area of responsibility
- You actively shape the further development of our production organisation
- You are responsible for the maintenance and and order planning as well as the management are part of your field of activity

- The maintenance and repair of the machine tools fall within your area of responsibility
Requirements
- You have completed technical training as a metalworker (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have completed further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d), comparable qualifications are also welcome
- You bring sound welding skills to your everyday work
- German language skills and a valid work permit are a matter of course for you
