• You grind, polish and file metal parts made of iron, steel and non-ferrous metals and ensure a high-quality surface finish
• You set up conventional or CNC grinding machines, set them up and operate them safely
• You check workpieces for dimensional accuracy, e.g. with micrometers, and carefully check the surface quality
• You recognise deviations at an early stage and initiate appropriate measures

• You have completed training as a metal technology specialist (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Handicraft skills, technical understanding and the ability to work precisely according to technical plans,
• Experience in production or manufacturing is desirable
• You are willing to work shifts
• Good German language skills and a valid work permit are part of your profile
