• You will take on the key role in setting up the facility and ensure independent organisation and strategic control of all processes
• In addition, you will lead and develop a motivated team and actively use your creative freedom
• In addition, you will be responsible for all educational and organisational processes - from concept development to practical implementation
• You will also actively contribute to quality development, internal evaluation and child protection and shape the profile of the daycare centre

• You are a state-approved educator (m/f/d) with management skills or have a degree in social pedagogy
• In addition, you have several years of management experience as a daycare centre manager or deputy manager (at least 3 years in facilities with 75 or more places)
• You are familiar with the legal framework for Berlin daycare centres and are confident in dealing with the Berlin education programme
• A sense of responsibility, resilience and team orientation characterise you
• You are experienced in using digital tools and are open to the further development of digital processes
