• You will manage the facility independently and control all structural, organisational and strategic processes
• In addition, you will build a strong team culture and maintain a close, cooperation with the provider and relevant authorities
• In addition, you will further develop the quality standards and reliably implement the pedagogical concept
• You will also ensure child protection and be responsible for implementing the protection concept
• In addition, you will actively contribute to building the profile and conceptual development of the centre
• You will communicate professionally and on an equal footing with parents, team and cooperation partners

• You have a recognised qualification as an educator (m/f/d) with management skills or a degree in social pedagogy
• In addition, you have several years of management experience as a daycare centre or deputy daycare centre manager (at least 3 years in facilities with 75 places or more)
• A strong willingness to take responsibility, resilience and a confident, calm personality - especially in challenging situations
• You have a sound knowledge of the Berlin Education Programme (BBP) and confidently implement pedagogical quality development processes
