• You will be responsible for the organisation and management of daycare operations, ensuring compliance with structural framework conditions and legal requirements
• You will work in close cooperation with the provider and the administration
• As a manager, you will actively shape teamwork and promote constructive cooperation
• through innovative ideas, you will further develop cooperation with parents and other partners and support the educational work in the groups
• in the further development of the educational concept, you will take into account the specific features of the centre
• in quality management, you will ensure the continuous improvement of processes and standards

• You have completed training as a state-approved educator (m/f/d) with an additional qualification as a manager or a degree as a state-approved social pedagogue (m/f/d)
• You have at least two years of professional experience in child daycare with children of all ages
• You are empathetic, responsible and committed in everyday pedagogical work
