• In 1:1 care, you take over the individual support of a patient and ensure safe, trusting care
• In the early and late shift, you provide both basic and treatment care and ensure continuous care
• When serving meals, you support your patient sensitively and attentively
• In addition, you carry out minor housekeeping tasks that make your patient's everyday life easier

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d), healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in 1:1 care is available and gives you confidence in dealing with individual care situations
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends is a matter of course for you
• Good written and spoken German skills enable you to communicate clearly and confidently
• Empathy characterises your interaction with patients and relatives
