Job description
- You will carry out activating basic care and support our clients in their daily lives
- You will provide treatment care services according to a doctor's prescription in accordance with LG1
- You will carefully and conscientiously maintain the care documentation
- You will responsibly organise the outpatient tour care and treat our clients with respect and empathy
Requirements
- You have an LG1 treatment nursing certificate
- You already have experience in outpatient care on tour
- You have German language skills at level B1-B2 and a valid work permit
- A class B driving licence enables you to plan tours independently
- You are characterised by responsible and respectful interaction with our clients
