- You support our specialists in the basic and treatment care of the residents and consistently ensure compliance with our quality standards
- You strengthen the quality of life of the residents through holistic and activating care as well as appreciative support
- You closely monitor changes relevant to care and reliably pass these on to the responsible specialists
Requirements
- You have completed training as a nursing assistant (m/f/d), geriatric care assistant (m/f/d), health and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You are willing to work in shifts as well as on weekends and public holidays
- You work independently, responsibly and in a structured manner
- You enjoy working with seniors:inside and treat them with empathy and patience
