• You will provide support with basic care, for example with washing, dressing, eating and mobilising people in need of care
• With a great deal of empathy, you will help to maintain and promote independence and well-being, respond to individual needs and accompany them to activities or medical appointments
• under supervision, you take on simple medical tasks such as measuring vital signs
• in addition, you support the daily organisation of the living area, tidy up, make beds and maintain hygiene standards
• in trusting cooperation with the nursing team, you comply with applicable care and documentation standards

• You have a good knowledge of German for confident communication with patients and colleagues
• No specific training is mandatory for the job as a nursing assistant, if this is defined as such
• You are reliable and responsible in your dealings with people in need of care and have empathy
• Flexibility with regard to working hours and the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you
