• You will be responsible for the professional medical assistance in carrying out all occupational medical examinations at the various locations of our client and coordinate all necessary appointments

• As part of your job, you will actively support the company doctors in medical emergencies or ambulance activities and provide professional initial care and treatment for injured persons on site
• Finally, you will be responsible for regular maintenance, maintenance and calibration of all occupational medical test equipment in strict compliance with the applicable test deadlines and the necessary preventive functional tests
• You ensure that the emergency kit is always ready for use and carry out administrative tasks such as ordering materials or sending certificates for the responsible medical staff at the site

• You have completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d) or emergency paramedic (m/f/d) and have a comparable qualification in the healthcare sector
• In addition, you have at least one year of professional experience in the specific field of occupational medicine, which will enable you to deal with the daily requirements and processes in an experienced manner
• You are confident in the use of common MS Office standard programs and function-related software and make your daily administrative documentation work easier
• German language skills at native speaker level, both written and spoken, as well as a clear manner of expression are essential for internal communication with those involved and for documentation
• You have a valid work permit and residence in Germany as well as a class B driving licence, in order to be able to carry out the activities at the various locations on the move
• Furthermore, you have a high sense of responsibility and commitment and are willing to undergo a background check in accordance with the Atomic Energy Act and the necessary preventive medical check-ups
