• You are responsible for the expert assessment of existing working conditions within the various operating sites and carry out systematic risk analyses and regular inspections in a professional manner
• In doing so, you develop and implement effective occupational safety measures in close coordination with the specialist departments, to ensure long-term safety in the workplace
• You train and instruct employees on all relevant occupational safety topics and on correct behaviour in an emergency, thereby promoting general safety awareness
• In addition, you work closely with the company doctor and the company management, to optimise health prevention concepts and efficiently integrate legal requirements into practice
• You document and prepare reports on the current safety situation and on accidents or near misses in order to create a transparent basis for continuous improvement processes in the company
• Finally, you are responsible for compliance with all relevant legal regulations and standards in the field of occupational health and safety and represent the company competently to the responsible authorities

• You have successfully completed training as an occupational safety specialist (m/f/d), as a safety engineer (m/f/d) with appropriate safety-related expertise
• Ideally, you also have a further additional qualification, for example as a fire safety officer (m/f/d) or as an expert (m/f/d) for dangerous goods management, for this versatile position
• You have also already gained experience in the field of occupational health and safety in accordance with DGUV V2 and are familiar with the practical implementation of complex safety guidelines in various industries
• In addition, you have a valid class B driving licence, which gives you the necessary flexibility to support our customers at various locations in the region
• Written and spoken German at native speaker level is essential for legally compliant documentation and for internal and external communication with all parties involved
• In addition, you have a high level of consulting expertise and communication skills, to convey complex occupational health and safety issues to various hierarchical levels in an understandable and convincing manner
