• You will provide expert advice to those responsible for the planning, execution and maintenance of operating facilities as well as social and sanitary facilities on board
• In addition, you will be responsible for the safety-related inspection of technical work equipment prior to commissioning and the introduction of new, ergonomic working procedures throughout the shipyard
• In addition, you will be responsible for the continuous inspection of workplaces to identify defects and the active development of effective measures to eliminate these safety risks in the long term
• As part of your work, you will support the interdisciplinary guidance of the risk analysis and contribute to training and awareness-raising. and actively participate in the training and sensitisation of safety officers and trainees
• Finally, you are responsible for the strategic development of the occupational safety management system specifically for work contracts and increase safety awareness within the entire organisation through targeted communication processes

• You have completed training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) with the additional qualification as an occupational safety specialist (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have several years of professional experience in the field of occupational safety, ideally within an industrial environment or a shipyard with complex production structures
• You are confident in the use of MS Office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as common Internet browsers for documentation
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and a very good command of English for confident communication in an international project environment
• You have a valid work permit and reside in Germany, to be able to carry out the activities without legal restrictions and with a high degree of spatial flexibility
• Furthermore, you have a high sense of responsibility and assertiveness in order to communicate safety standards professionally and confidently even in critical situations
• Finally, you are a strong communicator and team player and always work in a structured and solution-oriented manner to optimise internal and external occupational safety and key performance indicator systems
